There is also a work station in the corner of the dining room. The living room faces the water and has retractible windows that fold back for indoor / outdoor living. Off the living room in the front of the home is a bedroom with bunkbeds and a full ensuite bathroom. The top bunk is a twin and the bottom bunk is a full size.
The bottom floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Entry from the garage is on the bottom floor with a locked secured door. The top floor has a bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a custom queen size Murphy bed. There is a custom bar and professional upright piano in the room. The windows retract back which completely opens the room to the large deck. When the Murphy bed is up and the windows are retracted back the room is great for an extra living room / entertainment area. On the deck there is a dining table and two gas fire pits. This is the area you will enjoy the most! The views are stunning!
The garage can fit 1 car and there is a space on the street in front of the garage for an additional car. In the garage you have a full size washer and dryer. If you have a dog there is a back door on the main level that leads into a small outdoor space where your dog can go potty. Please clean up after your pet, woof.
